Traditional Raclette Party Platter

Originating in the Swiss Alps, this dish is a great way to share an interactive winter meal with friends or family. Melted Raclette cheese is poured over warm fingerling potatoes and served along side the very best of our house made charcuterie, cornichons, various pickled and marinated vegetables, and crusty bread.

All items are fully prepped, just heat the potatoes and your raclette grill and melt into an amazing feast. If you don’t have your own grill they are available for rent by the day. HERE
