Our Signature C&B dry aged beef burger patties with cheese curds, maple bacon relish and BC green garlic aioli with fresh brioche buns.

Caesar salad with roasted garlic dressing and peppered bacon bits.

BC potato salad with chorizo, spring peas, and dill.

All is ready to eat with the exception of the burger pattie which will need to be grilled at home.
