Take N Make Steak Sandwich. July 13th-16th

Take N Make steak sandwich on Lac La Hache Bakery ciabatta bread with bone marrow roasted onions, garlic scape mustard and German Butter cheese.

Served with shaved vegetable slaw with tarragon dressing, and pasta salad with summer squash, basil, and pecorino cheese.

All is ready to assemble with the exception of cooking the steak. Cooking instructions will be provided.
